Siberian Description

The Siberian is a large, well muscled cat with a rounded head and tufted, upright ears with complete furnishings. The coat is of medium length and thick, with a dense undercoat. The coat may be longer on the limbs, and a ruff is present in mature cats. Many colors and coat patterns are accepted.

This is the native cat of Russia. These originally were cats housed in monasteries, for rodent control.
