Singapura Description
These are tiny cats, weighing on average 6 pounds or less. The ears are large and slightly pointed. Eyes may be hazel, green, or yellow. The coat is short and sleek, and is sable brown in color with warm brown ticking over the body, a lighter colored chin and chest, and barring on the inside of the front legs.
Singapura History
The Singapura breed originated in Singapore, and its ancestors still live as feral cats in SE Asia. The breed was developed in the United States in the 1970's and 1980's from six animals brought here from Singapore, including one cat rescued from the Singapore SPCA.

Singapura's are inquisitive and active. They are excellent lap cats.
